GOSTER User Agreement

1. Parties and subject matter

ИП Болтенкова Вероника Валерьевна, Taxpayer ID (INN) 781601881108, Sole Proprietor Registration Number (OGRNIP) 326470400069082, address: Ленинградская область, город Кингисепп, Большая Советская, 40, email: ceo.goster@yandex.ru, offers the User this User Agreement.

This Agreement governs access to the Service and the provision of automated document checking and formatting services.

For organisations, universities and other customers requiring custom configuration, integration or batch processing, the terms are set out in a separate contract or commercial proposal.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

The User accepts this Agreement by selecting the initially unselected “I accept the User Agreement” checkbox during registration, checkout or another action for which this checkbox is provided.

If the User does not agree with these terms, they must not register, pay for services or use the Service after reviewing the Agreement.

Consent to personal data processing is obtained separately and governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. Service delivery

The User uploads a document and receives a free technical report. For full formatting, they confirm the terms and pay through YooKassa.

Once payment is confirmed, the User receives an unused entitlement to one full formatting operation with no expiry date. The User selects the document in their workspace; the entitlement is considered used once formatting begins.

The service is considered delivered once the User can download the formatted document. The User must review the result before passing it to third parties. The original document remains the property of the User or the relevant rights holder.

4. Price and payment

The service price is shown in Russian roubles before payment. Full thesis formatting currently costs 499 RUB per document unless a different price is shown on the order page.

Payments are processed through YooKassa. During payment, the User receives information about the payment provider, payment rules and a fiscal receipt. The Operator does not receive or store bank card details.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The User may request a refund through the support form before formatting begins. An unused formatting entitlement has no expiry date.

Once processing begins, refunds are considered in light of the service already delivered and the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Russian Federation. This does not restrict the User’s statutory rights.

If the Service fails to produce a result for technical reasons, the Operator will, at the User’s choice, correct the error, provide the service again or refund the payment.

Refund requests may also be sent to ceo.goster@yandex.ru with the subject “Refund”. Include the account email, payment date, amount and reason for the request.

6. Rights and obligations

The Operator undertakes to provide access to the Service, maintain its operation within reasonable limits, protect personal data and respond to User enquiries.

The User undertakes to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, provide lawfully obtained documents, respect third-party rights and pay for selected paid services on time.

7. Limitations of results

The Operator does not guarantee acceptance by any particular university, organisation, department, publisher or compliance reviewer. Results depend on the source file quality, selected standard, completeness of requirements and document characteristics.

The Service does not check document content, plagiarism, scientific validity or legal correctness and is not responsible for the consequences of the User’s use of the document.

Nothing in this Agreement restricts consumer rights established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Intellectual property

Exclusive rights to the Service, its design, software, branding and materials belong to the Operator or other rights holders. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes for the duration of this Agreement.

Rights to uploaded documents and their content do not pass to the Operator. The User grants the Operator a limited right to process the document solely to provide the service.

9. Liability and disputes

The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Before bringing a court claim, the User may send a complaint to ceo.goster@yandex.ru. For consumer protection disputes, the User retains all remedies provided by law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

10. Changes to the Agreement

The Operator may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version in the Service. The new version applies to use of the Service after publication unless otherwise required by law.
